Yes, the connector is physically the same, but I think it's for an optional CAM module, not a tuner board. Does your receiver have a card slot? My receiver obviously has a tuner chip on the PCB, because it's able to tune 8PSK with that slot unoccupied. If you take a picture of the insides of your receiver, could you also take a close-up of the chip on your green, standard factory module?
I want to compare the part number to the IC that's just behind the satellite tuner can on the PCB of my receiver; I think they will be the same. After zooming in as much as I could, it does appear that the IC on your green factory card is the same IC that is mounted directly on the MB of my receiver. This chip I believe is the 'demod' chip, not the tuner as was posted earlier in this thread; the tuners are located in those metal cans (to shield the RF) mounted vertically to the PCB.
